- Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is not the same color or variation as what you ordered (e.g., a completely different product or color).
Please note that Elysian Art does not offer refunds. We will replace your item with a new one at no additional cost to you.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item as proof. Photos should clearly show the defect or discrepancy.
- Return Approval: Once we review and approve your return request, we will notify you via email.
3. Replacement
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You will not need to return the original item to us unless we specifically request it.
4. Conditions
- Returns are only eligible for items that are damaged or incorrectly sent by Elysian Art.
- We do not accept returns for minor variations in color or texture, as slight differences may occur due to screen settings or material variations.
